Everyone at this branch was incredibly polite and always happy to help. Moving is stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Sandra did everything she could to keep me informed throughout. Every time I spoke to the ladies in the office, they were kind and accommodating. Although I didn’t sell my previous home with this estate agent, I really wish I had. An absolutely brilliant estate agent.

I commissioned them in October 2024 for the sale of my house in Lichfield. From start to finish, Sandra, Megan, Kerry, David, and the team across Burntwood and Lichfield were committed to making progress on the sale.

This wasn't about what their commission was, this was above and beyond. The chain was 9 long, messy, complex, various other agents, varying law and conveyancing firms, and different financials all round.

Great service from start to finish, constant chasing by them, constant updates, constant contact with other agents and solicitors, and always available to answer questions.

The charge for them was half of what Bill Tandy + Connells were charging - a real bonus👍🏽

The team at Lichfield office have been the most proactive and helpful Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. They provide a regular email that shows progress on the house chain and actively 'push' other agents on progressing the purchase/sale. They also provided the best house valuation figure from 5 other local agents and achieved a sale value very close to the original asking price. Obviously a very happy team with excellent customer service.

Brilliant experience with Lovett & Co. We sell one property a year as part of a rental company disinvestment, so I have experience using other agents. I used Lovett & Co to sell my late father's bungalow however, as the property was outside of my home area. Outstanding service from the start with honest guidance, and we completed within the guide valuation price. We could have accepted an offer whilst applying for probate and before the property had even officially gone to market, as the team were very proactive in seeking out potential purchasers and requesting viewings early on. We decided to wait though until probate came through, then it only took 4 days to agree a sale in principle at a price we were happy with. After that it was a smooth process with very good communication between all parties facilitated by Sandra Irving, who also chased everyone for progress/status updates promptly every 2 weeks, which helped speed things along. Although they weren't the cheapest, they were well worth the relatively small amount more than others quoted in order to have a smooth and speedy selling experience. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Thank you Sandra and team for all of your efforts!

I used Lovatts and the two part service was excellent, initial valuation and advice re offers was realistic and placed the property in the best light. Once an offer was accepted the follow up service from the completion team was really good despite then best efforts of some solicitors to make life unnecessarily difficult. Staff were professional and measured at all times, i have no issue in recommending them.
