And all had a big part in getting our property sold
We would definitely use again
G. Meunier Director.
Sandra and Grace were both wonderful, keeping me fully informed at all times. I spoke to Sandra mainly and she was extremely quick at dealing with any issues.
The sale was quick and smooth and Sandra and Grace kept me updated every step of the way .
Thanks to all the guys who did the endless viewings with potential buyers .
Thanks again
I commissioned them in October 2024 for the sale of my house in Lichfield. From start to finish, Sandra, Megan, Kerry, David, and the team across Burntwood and Lichfield were committed to making progress on the sale.
This wasn't about what their commission was, this was above and beyond. The chain was 9 long, messy, complex, various other agents, varying law and conveyancing firms, and different financials all round.
Great service from start to finish, constant chasing by them, constant updates, constant contact with other agents and solicitors, and always available to answer questions.
The charge for them was half of what Bill Tandy + Connells were charging - a real bonus👍🏽
I've never dealt with Lovetts before but have bought & sold numerous properties over the years, so know what's what and how it should be.
Keep up the good work team, and don't change your ethos.
A big thank you goes to Sandra Irving who supported us through what can be a minefield of selling and buying properties.
They made this process less stressful.
I would recommend Lovetts & Co they are exactly what you need
from an Estate Agent.
Me and my two daughters love the house we went with, and the whole process was so effortlessly smooth and stress free.
Margaret was so kind and helpful from the initial phone call I made querying the property, organised a viewing the very next day and followed up with me the day after.
Would recommend to anyone 💖
Thank you

Sale of house went through with a few hiccups on our part.
Highly recommend. Thank you All.
Your extremely friendly & dedicated staff were excellent, right from the start, when I requested a valuation for Probate purposes. True to your word, you advised & updated me throughout every stage.
On a personal note, I would like to say "thankyou", once again, to Sandra & convey to her, my sincere gratitude for all her constant & reassuring support during the process of finalising the successful sale of my dad's property. I sincerely hope that all your other clients also, appreciate her dedication & hard work (& also that of her colleagues) to provide a faultless, excellent service!
