I used Lovatts and the two part service was excellent, initial valuation and advice re offers was realistic and placed the property in the best light. Once an offer was accepted the follow up service from the completion team was really good despite then best efforts of some solicitors to make life unnecessarily difficult. I used Lovatts and the two part service was excellent, initial valuation and advice re offers was realistic and placed the property in the best light. Once an offer was accepted the follow up service from the completion team was really good despite then best efforts of some solicitors to make life unnecessarily difficult. Staff were professional and measured at all times, i have no issue in recommending them.
