Sold my house with Lovetts Burntwood. I was very happy with Lovetts. When I took my house off the market - twice - because I couldn't find anywhere I liked enough to offer on, there was no feeling of being rushed into doing anything. I felt fully in control throughout the process - I didn't want a sale board, I wanted to use my own photographs and wanted to do my own viewings. Communication was excellent and everyone on the team was friendly, and happy to give advice and talk about each next step in the sale. Recommended.

We sold our house through Lovetts in Burntwood within a week of our previous sale falling through. Sales were fine but the real standouts were Grace and Sandra. We kept having problems due to a solicitor within the chain but these 2 were such an amazing support. They were constantly trying to chase down updates, let us know what to expect and kept checking in with us. It was so stressful and we didn’t exchange until a day before completion but I’m honestly not sure it would have happened at all if it wasn’t for the 2!! We are now happy in our new home and a big reason for this is Grace and Sandra. So thank you!!!!

Sold my house with Lovetts Burntwood. I was very happy with Lovetts. When I took my house off the market - twice - because I couldn't find anywhere I liked enough to offer on, there was no feeling of being rushed into doing anything. I felt fully in control throughout the process - I didn't want a sale board, I wanted to use my own photographs and wanted to do my own viewings. Communication was excellent and everyone on the team was friendly, and happy to give advice and talk about each next step in the sale. Recommended.

We sold our house through Lovetts in Burntwood within a week of our previous sale falling through. Sales were fine but the real standouts were Grace and Sandra. We kept having problems due to a solicitor within the chain but these 2 were such an amazing support. They were constantly trying to chase down updates, let us know what to expect and kept checking in with us. It was so stressful and we didn’t exchange until a day before completion but I’m honestly not sure it would have happened at all if it wasn’t for the 2!!
